Meeting Minutes
July 9, 2014
Call To Order
The Chairman called to order a meeting of the Holland Finance Board at 7:30 PM on July 9, 2014 at the Holland Town Hall.
Roll Call
Finance Board members present: Andrew Harhay, Ernest Fancy and John Phelps.
Approval of Minutes
The draft minutes of the May 21, 2014 had been previously distributed for review. The minutes were unanimously approved, as written.
New Business
Transfers: The members reviewed the accountant’s recommendation of June 30, 2014 for end-of-year transfers subject to the requirements of MGL C. 44, Sec. 33B. The transfers in the amount of $20,045 were unanimously approved by the Finance Board.
ATFC Dues: The Board voted unanimously to renew membership in the Association of Town Finance Committees; the dues remain level at $129 for Holland.
